1. Acceptable Use Policy
Customers are strictly prohibited from submitting unlawful materials, counterfeit documents, or copyrighted materials for which they do not possess valid authorized rights.
2. Automatic Refund Policy
If any hardware malfunction (paper jam, low toner, power outage) prevents complete output of your paid job, you may request an immediate 100% automated refund through the order status page or retry at another kiosk.
3. Partner & Franchise Terms
Franchise owners agree to maintain kiosk hardware cleanliness, provide standard 220V power, and reload 80gsm paper in accordance with PrintBox service level agreements.
